Brainbees Solutions Ltd Receives Rectification Order from Income Tax Department, Reducing Demand by Rs. 30,97,93,120/- for AY 2022-23

Brainbees Solutions Ltd has received a rectification order and demand notice from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Central Circle 1(1), Pune, reducing the demand for AY 2022-23 from Rs. 31,36,30,330/- to Rs. 38,37,210/-. The Company had previously informed about an assessment order and a corresponding notice of demand dated January 30, 2026, amounting to Rs. 31,36,30,330/- for AY 2022-23. The recomputed total income for AY 2022-23 is now Rs. 52,54,110/. Brainbees Solutions Ltd will be filing an appeal before the Hon’ble Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) in due course.
