Brainbees Solutions Ltd Subsidiary Globalbees Brands Acquires Further Stake in Healthyhey Foods LLP

Brainbees Solutions Ltd, through its subsidiary Globalbees Brands Private Limited, has acquired a further stake in Healthyhey Foods LLP. The acquisition was made on November 11, 2021, pursuant to the Assignment cum Investment Agreement. Globalbees acquired 8.00% and 11.60% partnership interest from Ms. Shilpa Anushul Varma and Ms. Arushi Govind Agarwal, respectively. This increased Globalbees' partnership percentage in Healthyhey Foods LLP from 60% to 79.60%. The total cost of the acquisition was INR 8.90 Crores. Healthyhey Foods LLP is a company incorporated in India on July 15, 2016, dealing in the manufacturing, marketing, sale, and distribution of nutritional and dietary supplements under various brand names. It also undertakes production, trading, and distribution of a wide range of consumer products. The company's turnover for the last three years is as follows: 2024-25: INR 89.74 Crore, 2023-24: INR 22.71 Crore, and 2022-23: INR 18.11 Crore.
