Brainbees Subsidiary GlobalBees Sells Mush Textile Stake for ₹5.69 Cr

Brainbees Solutions Limited announced that its subsidiary, GlobalBees Brands Private Limited, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to sell its entire 51.54% stake in Mush Textile Private Limited. The transaction is valued at ₹5,68,93,940 (₹5.69 Crore). Mush Textile contributed 0.13% to GlobalBees' revenue (₹11.34 Crore) and 0.04% to its net worth (₹2.09 Crore) in FY26. The sale is expected to be completed by October 15, 2026. The buyers are existing shareholders Mr. Nihar Gosalia and Mr. Vaishvik Brahmbhatt. This transaction is considered an arm's length deal and is not part of any scheme of arrangement.
