Brand Concepts Ltd. to hold 19th AGM on Sep 24, 2026

Brand Concepts Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 1, 2026, approved the convening of the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 24, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OVAM). The agenda includes the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the board approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Annapurna Maheshwari as a Non-Executive Director and Mr. Govind Shridhar Shrikhande as an Independent Director for a second term. Approval under Section 185 of the Companies Act, 2013, was also discussed.
