Brandbucket Media & Technology Ltd. Approves Migration to BSE Main Board from SME Platform and Calls for EGM

Brandbucket Media & Technology Ltd. held a Board Meeting on 21st December, 2024, where they approved the proposal to migrate their securities from the BSE SME platform to the Main Board of the stock exchanges i.e. BSE Ltd. The Board also approved the notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to obtain shareholder approval for the migration. Mr. Brajesh Gupta, Proprietor of M/s Brajesh Gupta & Co. has been appointed as a scrutinizer for the ensuing EGM. The Company Secretary has been authorized to send the notice to shareholders, Exchanges, and to conduct the EGM. The migration is subject to necessary approvals and compliance with relevant regulations.
