Brawn Biotech Ltd has appointed Mr. Viney, a Practicing Company Secretary, as the Secretarial Auditor and M/s Sahil Pasricha & Associates, a Chartered Accountant firm, as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2025-26. The appointments were made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and were approved at the Board meeting held on 25th March 2026. Mr. Viney is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with expertise in corporate laws, securities laws, and compliance management.
