B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Ltd Awards Subcontract Agreement to Kevadiya Construction Limited for INR 39.42 Crore Project

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Limited (the Company) has entered into a Subcontract Agreement with Kevadiya Construction Limited (KCL) for the execution of a comprehensive underground sewerage scheme in Theni - Allinagaram Municipality, Tamil Nadu. The total value of the contract is INR 39.42 Crore, including GST. The project is expected to be completed within 24 months. Neither the Promoters, Promoter Group, nor Group Companies of the Company have any interest in KCL, and the agreement does not fall under related party transactions.
