B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Ltd Enters Agreement with Adfactors PR for Investor Relations Services

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Ltd (BRG) has entered into an agreement with Adfactors PR Private Limited for Investor Relations Services. The agreement includes services such as preparation of presentations, media releases, investor meetings, and other related activities. BRG has not conferred any special rights like the right to appoint directors, first right to share subscription in case of issuance of shares, or the right to restrict any change in capital structure to Adfactors PR. The parties are not related to promoter/promoter group/group companies in any manner. The transaction does not fall under related party transactions and is done at arm's length. No shares have been issued to Adfactors PR. In case of termination or amendment of the agreement, BRG will disclose additional details to the stock exchange(s).
