B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Ltd. to Approve Half-Yearly Un-audited Financial Results on 12th November 2025

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Ltd. has announced a meeting of the Board of Directors on 12th November 2025 to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the half year ended 30 September 2025. The meeting is scheduled in accordance with Regulations 29(1), 33 and other applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company also informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed with effect from 01 October 2025 for trade by the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, and it will reopen after the expiry of 48 hours of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results.
