Bridge Securities Appoints Two New Independent Directors

Bridge Securities Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Komal Jain and Ms. Savitri Kumari as Additional Non-Executive and Independent Directors, effective September 26, 2026. The appointments were approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on the same day. Ms. Jain is a qualified Company Secretary and law graduate with over eight years of experience in corporate governance and compliance. Ms. Kumari is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with practical experience in corporate governance and secretarial practice. Both directors are not related to any existing directors of the company.
