Bridge Securities to change name to Weorg Enterprises

Bridge Securities Ltd announced several key decisions from its Board of Directors meeting held on August 27, 2026. The company will alter its Memorandum of Association to rationalize its business objects and change its name from "Bridge Securities Limited" to "Weorg Enterprises Limited" or another approved name. The board also accepted the resignation of Independent Director Mr. Manish Shrichand Bachani and appointed Mr. Sanketkumar Dave as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director. Furthermore, the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee were reconstituted. The 31st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 21, 2026.
