Brigade Enterprises Acquires 100% Stake in AMG Info Park Private Limited for Rs. 13.44 Crores

Brigade Enterprises Ltd. has acquired 100% equity shares in AMG Info Park Private Limited from its existing shareholders, making the latter a wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition was made for a cost of Rs. 13,44,25,690/- (Rupees Thirteen Crore Forty Four Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand and Six hundred and Ninety Only) at a price of Rs. 13,442.569/- per equity share. The Target Entity is a private Limited company incorporated under Companies Act, 1956, with an authorized share capital of Rs. 1,00,000/- and a paid-up share capital of Rs. 1,00,000/-. The Target Entity is in the process of being operational and had a nil turnover as on March 31, 2025. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and is done at 'arm’s length'. The acquisition is made with the object to undertake Real Estate development projects in the Company.
