Brigade Enterprises Acquires 100% Stake in Celebrations Development

Brigade Enterprises Ltd has acquired 100% of the equity shares in M/s. Celebrations Development Company Private Limited (formerly BCV Real Estates Private Limited), a step-down subsidiary. This acquisition, completed on September 25, 2026, makes Celebrations Development a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises. The transaction was for a cash consideration of Rs. 10,00,000/-. Celebrations Development Company Private Limited is involved in the Real Estate Development Business and was incorporated on May 04, 2022. Its authorized and paid-up share capital is Rs. 10,00,000/- with a reported turnover of NIL as of March 31, 2026, as it is in the process of becoming operational. The acquisition is intended to facilitate real estate development projects for Brigade Enterprises and is considered a related party transaction on an arm's length basis.
