Brigade Enterprises Cancels Preferential Issue of Warrants

Brigade Enterprises Ltd announced the cancellation of a preferential issue of convertible warrants, originally approved on July 15, 2026. The issue involved up to 34,23,000 warrants convertible into equity shares at Rs. 526 per share, aggregating to Rs. 180.05 Crores, to a promoter group entity, Mysore Holdings Private Limited. The promoter group entity decided to withdraw its subscription in response to sentiments expressed by funds and investors. The Board of Directors approved this withdrawal in a meeting held today.
