Brigade Enterprises Subsidiary, Brigade Hotel Ventures, Files RHP for IPO of INR 7,596 Million

Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited (BHVL), a subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Limited (BEL), has filed a red herring prospectus (RHP) with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) for its proposed initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares. The IPO, which includes a fresh issue of equity shares worth INR 7,596 million, is set to open for subscription by the public on July 24, 2025 and close on July 28, 2025. The price band for the Issue will be advertised at least two working days prior to the bid/Issue opening date.
