Brigade Group Reports Revenue Growth of 26%, PAT Growth of 48% in Q2 FY26 over Q2 FY25, Achieves Pre-sales of Rs. 2034 Crores

Brigade Group, a leading property developer in India, reported a total revenue of 31,430 Crores in Q2 FY26, a growth of 26% over Q2 FY25. The company's Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at 3170 Crores, registering a growth of 48% over Q2 FY25. The real estate segment reported a revenue of 3951 Crores, growing 31% from 2727 Crores in Q2 FY25. Net bookings in the real estate segment for Q2 FY26 stood at 1.90 Mn Sqft with sales value of 2,034 Crores. Collections for Q2 FY26 stood at 32,003 Crores. The leasing business reported a revenue of 3341 Crores, growing 17% compared to Q2 FY25. The hospitality business reported a revenue of 3138 Crores, a growth of 16% over Q2 FY25.
