Brigade Group signs JDA for 39-acre Bengaluru project with ₹7,200 Cr GDV

Brigade Group has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for an 8.63-acre parcel in Gunjur, East Bengaluru. This agreement is a crucial step towards developing a larger 39-acre integrated residential township in the Whitefield–Sarjapur corridor. The entire 39-acre development is estimated to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹7,200 crore. The land assembly for this project combines outright purchases and joint development agreements. This move significantly strengthens Brigade Group's residential pipeline in East Bengaluru, a key growth micro-market, and underscores its confidence in Bengaluru's residential sector. The township will offer multi-generational residential options, including senior living spaces, supported by comprehensive amenities.
