
BHVL FY26 PAT Surges 174% to Y65 Cr; Q4 PAT Up 92%
Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd. (BHVL) reported strong financial results for Q4 FY26 and the full fiscal year FY26. For Q4 FY26, consolidated total revenue grew 8% to Y146 Crores, with Profit After Tax (PAT) surging 92% to Y25 Crores. EBITDA for the quarter increased 13% to Y58 Crores. Average Room Revenue (ARR) rose 7% YoY to Y8,066, and RevPAR increased 6% YoY to Y6,295, with occupancy at 78.0%. For the full FY26, consolidated revenue grew 15% to Y543 Crores, and PAT soared 174% to Y65 Crores. FY26 EBITDA was up 15% to Y192 Crores. F&B revenue also grew 15% to Y176 Crores. The company's FY26 ARR increased 11% to Y7,453, with occupancy at 76.1%, leading to a RevPAR of Y5,670. Managing Director Nirupa Shankar noted the resilience of assets and strong underlying demand, particularly in Bengaluru, despite Q4 occupancy being impacted by elevated airfares and temporary gas supply disruptions.
