
Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd. Revenue Grows 14% in Q3FY26: PAT Surges 126%
Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd. (BHVL), the hospitality arm of the Brigade Group, has reported a consolidated total revenue of X143 crore in Q3 FY26, a growth of 14% over Q3 FY25. PAT stood at 322 crores in Q3 FY26 compared to X10 crores, a growth of 126% over the previous comparable period. Revenue from operations stood at X139 crores in Q3 FY26, compared to 2124 crores in Q3 FY25. EBITDA stood at 51 crores in Q3 FY26, a growth of 17% over Q3FY25. F&B revenue stood at Y46 crore in Q3 FY26 compared to 344 crore in Q3 FY25, a growth of 4%. ARR for the quarter Q3 FY26 grew 17% YoY from 26,708 to 37,852, while RevPAR rose 17% YoY from 5,085 to 5,973, with occupancy touching 76.1%. Bengaluru continued to lead the growth story with ARR up 19% YoY from 7,931 to 39,429 and RevPAR increasing from 6,077 to X7,202. The Company reported a consolidated total revenue of R398 crore in 9M FY26, a growth of 19% over 9M FY25. PAT stood at %40 crores in 9M FY26 compared to X 11 Crs. in 9M FY25. Revenue from operations stood at 389 crores, compared to X334 crores in 9M FY25. EBITDA stood at %135 crores, a growth of 17% over 9M FY25. F&B revenue stood at X135 crore in 9M FY26 compared to X116 crore in 9M FY25, a growth of 16%. For 9M FY26, ARR increased 13% YoY to X7,246, with occupancy at 75.4%, leading to a RevPAR of 25,465, up from 34,866 in 9M FY25.
