Brijlaxmi Leasing & Finance Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure

Brijlaxmi Leasing & Finance Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the forth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. This closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results, which will be approved by the Board of Directors in a forthcoming Board Meeting. The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.
