Saffron Capital Advisors to Acquire 64,99,889 Shares of Brijlaxmi Leasing & Finance Ltd at ₹ 10.05 Each

Saffron Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd, acting as the Manager to the Open Offer, has announced an intention to acquire up to 64,99,889 equity shares of Brijlaxmi Leasing and Finance Limited. The acquisition will be for cash at a price of ₹ 10.05 per equity share, amounting to ₹ 6,53,23,884.45. This offer is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The Draft Letter of Offer was submitted to SEBI on December 19, 2025, and the final comments were provided by SEBI on March 23, 2026. The Letter of Offer will be sent to the eligible shareholders of the Target Company after incorporating the comments from the SEBI Observation Letter. The payment to successful shareholders will be made within 10 working days from the last date of the tendering period, with interest for any delay.
