Brijlaxmi Leasing fixes Sept 16 as AGM cut-off date

Brijlaxmi Leasing & Finance Ltd has announced Wednesday, September 16, 2026, as the cut-off date for its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM). This date will enable shareholders to exercise their voting rights electronically (e-voting) on resolutions presented in the AGM notice. The AGM itself is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 12:30 pm, and will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with MCA and SEBI regulations. Shareholders can vote either through e-voting before the AGM or during the AGM itself.
