Brisk Technovision Board Meeting on Nov 4 to Consider Unaudited Results, Interim Dividend

Brisk Technovision Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for November 4, 2026. The meeting will inter alia consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, the Board will discuss the proposal for declaring and paying an interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27. If an interim dividend is approved, the record date will be November 10, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
