Britannia: N. Venkataraman Re-appointed as ED & CFO for 4 Years

Britannia Industries Ltd. announced the re-appointment of Mr. N. Venkataraman as the Whole-Time Director, designated as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, for a term of four years. The re-appointment is effective from July 30, 2026, to July 29, 2030, and was approved by the company's members through a postal ballot. The Board of Directors had initially approved his re-appointment on March 31, 2026, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation. Mr. Venkataraman, a Commerce Graduate and Qualified Cost Accountant, brings approximately four decades of experience. He has been with Britannia since April 2007, overseeing Finance, Business Commercial, Legal, and Secretarial functions, and leading cost efficiency initiatives.
