Additionally, Brooks Laboratories intends to establish, own, acquire, develop, equip, improve, promote, initiate, subsidise, organise, maintain, run, and manage healthcare facilities and programs. The company will also invest in, acquire, and hold, buy or sell or otherwise dispose of or deal in securities of any kind.
