Brooks Laboratories Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q1 2026 Results

Brooks Laboratories Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. This move is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulation, 2019, and the company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading.
