Brooks Laboratories to hold 24th AGM on Sep 3, 2026 via VC/OAVM

Brooks Laboratories Ltd has announced its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting will cover ordinary business such as adopting the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY2025-26 and reappointing a director retiring by rotation. Special business includes ratifying the remuneration of Cost Auditors M/s. Balwinder & Associates for FY2026-27, approving related party transactions, and approving remuneration for senior management, Mr. Atul Ranchal (President - Strategy) up to ₹15,00,000 per month and Mr. Rajesh Mahajan (President - Procurement) up to ₹8,00,000 per month.
