BRRL Subsidiary Sells FSI/PTC for ₹143.45 Cr

B-Right Realestate Ltd's (BRRL) step-down subsidiary, Parth Construction, has entered into an agreement with Keystone Realtors Limited for the sale of FSI/PTC. The transaction involves 176 units totaling 8,800.74 Sq meters for a consideration of ₹143.45 crore. This deal pertains to the Ambika Nagar SRA redevelopment project in Jogeshwari East, which has already achieved pre-sales of approximately ₹506.73 Crore, with Phase 1 sold out. The project is expected to be completed by March 2028.
