BSEL Algo reports FY26 standalone net loss of ₹3,533.98 Lakhs

BSEL Algo Limited's Board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a significant standalone net loss of ₹3,533.98 Lakhs for FY26, a sharp decline from a profit of ₹997.58 Lakhs in FY25. Revenue from operations also turned negative at ₹(3,581.72) Lakhs for FY26, compared to ₹1,296.38 Lakhs in the previous year. Basic EPS for FY26 was (₹4.28), down from ₹1.15 in FY25. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements. Notably, income from Algo Trading Gains and API Sales has been reclassified to Main Revenue Income from FY 2023-24.
