BSL Ltd Appoints Anurag Mathur as Chief Operating Officer

BSL Ltd announced the appointment of Shri Anurag Mathur as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company, effective August 22, 2026. The decision was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Shri Mathur holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics, a PG Diploma in Computer Applications, and an MBA in Finance. He brings 30 years of experience in textile manufacturing operations, having previously worked in senior leadership roles at RSWM Limited and as Operational Controller at Nandan Denim Limited.
