Burnpur Cement Limited has announced the re-appointment/redesignation of Mr. Pawan Pareek (DIN 07125401) as Whole-time Director & CFO for a period of two years, effective May 18, 2026. This decision follows the change in management by UV Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (ARC) under the SARFAESI Act. Mr. Pareek, who has over 36 years of experience in commerce, administration, and accounts, was initially appointed as Executive Director in 2019 and subsequently as Executive Director & CFO.
