Burnpur Cement re-appoints Mr. Ram Narain as Director

Burnpur Cement Ltd. announced the re-appointment of Mr. Ram Narain (DIN 03596331) as a Director, effective September 22, 2026. This re-appointment was approved by UV Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (ARC), which has taken over the management of Burnpur Cement under the SARFAESI Act 2002. Mr. Narain, who was liable to retire by rotation, is a Graduate in Science (Electrical Engineering) and MBA, with 37 years of extensive experience as an Ex-Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS) officer. His expertise covers administration, general management, finance, operations, project management, and HRD. He is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order.
