Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd Announces Resignation of Senior Management Personnel

Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd has announced the resignation of Mr. Senthil Kumar Raja S, Head of Procurement (General Manager), due to personal reasons. The company has accepted his resignation and he will be relieved from his duties with effect from the closure of business hours on 27th February, 2026. There are no other material reasons for his resignation. The details of this change are provided in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026. The resignation letter along with the acceptance letter of Mr. Senthil Kumar Raja S is attached as Annexure -B.
