Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the Closure of Trading Window (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading by Designated Persons. The trading window will be closed for Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Identified Employees/ Persons of the Company including the Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and for the Connected Persons. The closure will commence from April 1, 2026 and will remain closed till the declaration of Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026 and forty-eight hours thereafter. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for the declaration of the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
