BWL Ltd Announces AGM, Re-Appointment of Directors & Remuneration for FY 2025-26

BWL Ltd, a leading company in its sector, has announced its 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 20th September 2026. The AGM will consider and adopt the accounts and financial statements of the company for the financial year ended 31st March 2025. The company has also announced the re-appointment of Shri Sunil Ehetawat and Shri Sandeep Ehetawat as Managing Director and Whole Time Director respectively, for a further period of 5 years.
