BWL Ltd Declares Unaudited Financial Results for Quarter Ended December 31, 2025

BWL Ltd, pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 52(3)(a) of the Listing Regulations, has declared the outcome of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The Statutory Auditor, M/s G Basu & Co. Chartered Accountants, has submitted a Review Report with an Unmodified Opinion. The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on 12.02.2026, approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The company has filed a writ petition in Bilaspur High Court regarding the transfer of lease hold right of land. The matter is yet to be replied by the Govt.
