PhonePe Sells 5% Stake in C.E. Info Systems for INR 54.42 Crore

PhonePe Limited, formerly known as PhonePe Private Limited, has sold 5% of the total share capital of C.E. Info Systems Limited through an open market deal executed on 12 June 2025. The transaction involved the sale of 27,21,000 equity shares, which were sold at a consideration of INR 54.42 crore. This sale has resulted in PhonePe's holding in C.E. Info Systems reducing to 13.74% from the previous 18.74%.
