Bharat Forge subsidiary BFISL acquires 90% stake in RS Aerostructures for ₹36 Mn

Bharat Forge's wholly-owned subsidiary, BF Industrial Solutions Limited (BFISL), has entered into definitive agreements to acquire a 90% stake in RS Aerostructures Limited for a cash consideration not exceeding ₹36 Million. RS Aerostructures, incorporated on January 14, 2026, is engaged in the aerospace structural assembly business in Bangalore. This strategic acquisition aims to expand Bharat Forge's aerospace product portfolio, customer base, and manufacturing presence in South India by leveraging RS's specialized expertise. The transaction is expected to be completed within 45 days, making RS a step-down subsidiary of Bharat Forge. RS currently has no revenue and a net worth of ₹7,000 due to its recent incorporation.
