UNO Minda appoints Vivek Joshi as CEO-LPS Domain

UNO Minda Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Vivek Shripad Joshi as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its LPS Domain, effective April 19, 2026. Mr. Joshi brings over 28 years of experience in global automotive manufacturing, known for delivering sustained profitable growth and large-scale business transformation. His career includes leadership roles at Sundaram Clayton Limited, Ryobi Die Casting (USA), Endurance Technologies, and Jayahind Industries. Initially, Mr. Kundan Kumar Jha, the current CEO-LPS Domain, will continue to front-end business operations for three months to ensure a smooth handover, while Mr. Joshi familiarizes himself with the business. Following this transition period, Mr. Joshi will take over full leadership and accountability for the LPS domain, with Mr. Jha continuing to provide strategic support.
