California Software Extends Rights Issue Payment Deadline to Oct 9

California Software Company Ltd has extended the last date for payment of the First and Final Call for its Rights Issue to October 9, 2026. This decision was made by the Board of Directors considering shareholder requests for additional time, prevailing market conditions, and to ensure equitable opportunity for all shareholders. The First and Final Call amount is ₹7.50 per partly paid-up equity share. Failure to pay by the extended deadline may result in forfeiture of shares. Trading of partly paid-up equity shares remains suspended.
