Cambridge Technology Divests 100% Stake in CTE Technology Solutions

Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd. has completed the divestment of its 100% shareholding in CTE Technology Solutions Private Limited (formerly CTE Web Apps Private Limited) to Bizserve Technology Investments Pte Limited. The transaction, approved by the Board of Directors on March 30, 2026, involved the transfer of 10,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. Following the completion of this divestment on May 215, 2026, CTE Technology Solutions Private Limited has ceased to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited.
