Camex Ltd Board Meeting on Aug 10 to Approve Q1 FY27 Un-Audited Results

Camex Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also include a review of the Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Concurrently, the company has informed that the trading window for its promoters, directors, designated employees, and their immediate relatives will remain closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the adoption of the financial results.
