Camlin Fine Sciences Acquires 83.82% Stake in Vinpai SA Through Conversion of Convertible Bonds

Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd. has acquired 83.82% stake in Vinpai SA, a French société anonyme specializing in the design, manufacture, and marketing of algae, plant, mineral, and fiber-based functional ingredients. The acquisition was made through the conversion of 3,300 Convertible Bonds having a subscription price of EUR 1,000 per Convertible Bond, which matured on December 31, 2025. The conversion resulted in the issuance of 11,00,000 new ordinary shares of Vinpai, which were credited to Camlin Fine Sciences' demat account held with Financiére d’Uzés, Paris on January 9, 2026. These shares will be subsequently listed on Euronext Growth Paris.
