Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd. has allotted 41,06,181 fully paid up equity shares at a price of INR 247.69 each, to acquire a majority stake in Vinpai, a French société anonyme. The total consideration for this deal is INR 101,70,59,971.89. Vinpai is an ingredien'tech company specializing in the design, manufacture, and marketing of algae, plants, mineral, and fiber-based functional ingredients. The acquisition is expected to provide Camlin with new technological advancements and increased customer satisfaction.
