Can Fin Homes Ltd announced changes in its directorate following its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 29, 2026. Shareholders approved the re-appointment of Shri Murali Ramaswami as an Independent Director for a second three-year term, effective July 29, 2026, to July 28, 2029. Additionally, Smt. Varsha Vasant Purandare was appointed as an Independent Director for a three-year term from July 30, 2026, to July 29, 2029. Shri Shailesh Kumar Singh, previously an Additional Director, was appointed as a Whole-Time Director and Deputy Managing Director for three years from July 3, 2026, to July 2, 2029. All appointments were recommended by the Nomination, Remuneration & HR Committee and the Board of Directors.
