Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Ltd has announced its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. IST via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company has dispatched the AGM Notice and Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 to its members and debenture holders. Physical letters will be sent to those without registered email addresses. Electronic voting facilities, both remote and during the AGM, are available for equity shareholders as of the cut-off date, August 14, 2026. Remote e-voting will commence on August 17, 2026, and conclude on August 19, 2026.
