Canara Robeco AMC Appoints Sunil Kumar Chugh as Additional Director

Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar Chugh as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) with effect from October 27, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Chugh brings over 33 years of banking experience, having served in various leadership roles across public sector banks and currently holds the position of Executive Director at Canara Bank. He is not related to any existing director on the board.
