Capacite Infraprojects to Incorporate Section 8 Company for CSR

The Board of Directors of Capacite Infraprojects Limited approved the incorporation of a Section 8 Company, "CAPACIT'E FOUNDATION" or another MCA-approved name, to undertake corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. This decision was based on the recommendation of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Further details, as required by SEBI regulations, will be submitted upon incorporation.
