Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has secured a Letter of Award (LOA) valued at approximately ₹306 Crore (excluding GST) from Puravankara Limited. The contract is for the construction of a residential project at the Estrella Project in Andheri West, Mumbai, which includes 3 basements, ground floor, 4 podiums, an amenity level, 25 residential floors, and a terrace area with retail and club house facilities. This order is considered part of the company's ordinary civil contracting operations and is not a related party transaction. The company's Managing Director, Rahul Katyal, highlighted this as a significant milestone, reinforcing trust in their execution capabilities and strengthening their position as a preferred partner in the real estate sector.
