Capital Infra Trus Completes Acquisition of 6 Highway SPVs

Capital Infra Trus has announced the completion of its acquisition of 100% equity shareholding in six Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs): Gawar Bhiwani Highway Private Limited, Gawar Kangra Highways Private Limited, Gawar Pathankot Mandi Highway Private Limited, Gawar Udaipur Highway Private Limited, Gawar Waranga Highways Private Limited, and Gawar Rudrapur Highway Private Limited. This follows the execution of Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and the fulfillment of all closing steps as of October 22, 2026. The disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014.
